Superbowl Sunday I'm ready for ya!!!! Whether you're hosting a dinner party, or need a healthy app to bring to your next potluck- I gotchu. If you can handle a little kick, these babies are deadly. And mixed with the spicy ranch- MY GOODNESS thank God this recipe makes 60 of them!! Not to mention my man loves them so much he'll eat about 40 at a time.
The recipe CAN be cut in half if you want smaller portions, or you just have more self control. They can also be cooked in an air fryer OR the oven. I definitely prefer the air fryer, but due to limited space/time, I threw the rest of the bites in the oven.
Try 'em, love 'em, you won't want to ever live without 'em. You're welcome.

For Cajun Bites->
3lb package Jenni-O ground turkey
4 cups Jasmine rice
3 large eggs
6 cloves minced garlic
100g white onion
100g red bell pepper
CAJUN SEASONING-> (I didn't measure hehe but I'd say about 1 Tbsp of each)
garlic salt
black pepper
oregano
Feast Mode "The Heat"
cayenne red pepper
For Spicy Ranch->
Bolthouse Farms Ranch dressing
your favorite hot sauce! (I bought mine at Winco)
STEP 1:
In a large bowl, combine ALL ingredients. Mix with your hands until mixture is evenly mixed.
STEP 2:
Roll mixture into 1" balls. It should make 60 bites.
COOKING- TWO WAYS:
1. AIR FRYER
Fill the air fryer tray with bites and cook at 360 degrees for 15 minutes (chicken wing setting). Turn balls over and cook for an additional 15-20 minutes, until balls are cooked all the way through and have a nice golden crisp on the outside.
2. OVEN
Bake at 360 degrees for 25 minutes. Rotate balls and bake for another 10 minutes.
STEP 4 :
Mix up yo spicy ranch, make it look fancy AF, and challenge yourself to see how many cajun bites you can eat!
ENJOY! :)
