Lemon & Garlic Crusted Cod

Looking for more ways to get your protein in? Similar to chicken breast, cod is a fantastic source of lean protein- low in calories, carbs, and fats. Its white, flaky consistency takes on the flavor of all the seasonings you put on it, leaving you with a treat so delicious, you won't believe it's healthy! Try out this simple, melt-in-your-mouth recipe to add variety to your protein sources!

STEP 1:

If using pre-packaged frozen cod, make sure it is thawed before preparing.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a cookie sheet with foil and spray with Pam.

STEP 2:

Add lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, Mrs. Dash garlic & herb seasoning, and your favorite Feast Mode seasoning (I use Vodka Lemon Pepper!)

STEP 3:

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
