We are here to guide you every step of the way. This is a very important journey for you! You should never have to question what to eat, what workouts to do, how much cardio, what to do on stage, backstage, tanning- WE GOT YOU.
Your physique is unique, and your training should be too. Your diet and training protocols will continually be adjusted to mold your body to fit the judging criteria for your division.
Your posing practice will also be included in your coaching program, if you prefer. Or, we have several incredible posing coaches whom we work with and can refer you to, to best fit your needs.
