I’m a wife and a mama to four energetic, busy boys, and I know firsthand how busy, demanding, and exhausting life can be—especially during pregnancy and postpartum. Juggling motherhood, family, work, and trying to take care of yourself can feel overwhelming. Even finding five minutes can be a challenge, right? I see you. I hear you. And I’ve been there.
I specialize in prenatal and postnatal fitness and nutrition, and I am deeply passionate about supporting women through pregnancy and the postpartum season—a time when moms often need guidance, encouragement, and support the most. My mission is to help you feel strong, confident, and empowered in your body before, during, and after pregnancy, while honoring the incredible work your body is doing.
I believe that when you prioritize your health—physically, mentally, and emotionally—you become a stronger version of yourself not just for you, but for your family too. My coaching focuses on sustainable habits, realistic nutrition, and effective workouts that fit into real mom life. No extremes, no guilt—just balance. I fully believe in nourishing your body, moving with purpose, enjoying time with loved ones, and yes, enjoying a treat here and there. It’s all about moderation and longevity.
Fitness should be fun, empowering, and supportive, not overwhelming. Success to me as a coach is seeing my clients feel confident, capable, and excited about their journey—not just the end result. I’m here to motivate, educate, and walk alongside you as you become the strongest version of yourself—inside and out.
